CSOD – Implementation Consultant

We are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries with over 24 years of experience, focusing on life sciences, QA, validation, cloud systems, human capital management (HCM), and Salesforce. We have completed hundreds of projects globally for clients such as Oriflame, Sanofi, and Coca-Cola.

• Strong knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) with expertise in at least one non-Core module: Learning, Performance & Succession (Elevate), Compensation, Recruiting, or Learning Experience.
• Experience working directly with clients, facilitating meetings, presentations, and project workshops.
• Business analysis skills including requirement gathering, process modelling, and proposing system solutions.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the HCM domain or with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Sana, Docebo, Moodle.
• Knowledge of IT tools and processes including ITIL and ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in testing or user support.
• Ability to write test scenarios.
• Experience working in a validated environment / GxP.

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demos throughout the project.
• Advise on HR/HCM best practices and support clients in designing optimal processes.
• Configure the system, test changes, and support the client during UAT.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other consultants.
• Support clients with ongoing questions and incidents related to the CSOD platform.
• Deliver product training sessions and perform configuration walkthroughs.
