Wymagania
- Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
- 3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)
- 3+ years of previous experience as an engineer (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)
- Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies, and data management fundamentals
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)
- Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
- Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
Obowiązki
- Act as a bridge between technology and business, understanding business objectives — including business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value
- Manage full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI, ML)
- Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders
- Act as main delivery contact for clients; build trusted relationships
- Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI
- Mentor team members and promote delivery excellence and engineering excellence
