Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years as a Solution Architect in complex financial services
- Strong knowledge of Financial Crime domains: AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, screening, KYC/KYB, EDD, customer risk scoring
- Ability to design functional/logical architectures, system interaction models, and integration patterns
- Experience with RESTful API design, versioning, and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with As-Is and Target architectures, roadmaps, and transitions
- Ensures compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Capable of influencing decisions and leading discussions with compliance, technology, and operations
- Delivery-focused, pragmatic, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and thought leadership
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BIAN, TOGAF, ArchiMate, or C4 modelling
- Experience with Avolution Abacus or similar tooling
- Familiarity with microservices, API integration, and cloud platforms like AWS
- Exposure to global banking, Financial Crime transformation programs, or regulatory change portfolios
Obowiązki
- Architect and govern end-to-end Financial Crime solutions ensuring scalability and regulatory compliance
- Translate business, regulatory, and compliance requirements into implementable architectures
- Set architectural direction for AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and risk scoring
- Lead definition of target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps for Financial Crime systems
- Contribute to architectural assessments during mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure consistency with enterprise architecture principles and governance
- Advise CIO, Financial Crime Compliance, Operations, and Data teams on architecture
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align solutions with architecture standards
- Represent architecture in regulatory, audit, and risk forums
- Conduct peer reviews and validate engineering designs
- Oversee decommissioning, data archival, and migration approaches
- Promote secure, compliant design patterns for Financial Crime obligations
- Champion architectural best practices across squads and Agile teams
- Mentor engineering and design peers
- Demonstrate leadership in thought partnership, problem-solving, and decision-making
