Wymagania
- 12+ years of deep expertise in ServiceNow with a proven track record of enterprise-grade solutions
- Ability to solve complex problems and adapt in dynamic environments
- Leadership skills to inspire trust, drive change, and develop teams
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends
- Professional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Obowiązki
- Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions to drive business excellence
- Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities for transformative results
- Guide engineers and developers, managing practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
- Architect and design products using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM intellectual property
- Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, governance, and design for AI in projects
- Support marketing activities, organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs' to share knowledge and achievements
