• Preferred certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others)
• Proficient English communication skills (B2+ level)

• Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions to enhance business efficiency
• Leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities for transformative outcomes
• Guide engineers and developers, promoting collaboration and learning
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
• Architect and design products using ServiceNow modules and develop EPAM intellectual property
• Establish standards for ServiceNow development, integration, governance, and quality
• Drive AI initiatives within ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, including organizing ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps ('SNUGs') to share knowledge
