Senior SAP HANA Developer

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent SAP roles
• Expertise in SAP HANA native modeling including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines in SAP environments
• Familiarity with integration of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other legacy systems
• Skills in data performance optimization, database tuning, and scalability for large datasets
• Experience with SAP BW environments, InfoObjects, DSOs, Process Chains, and data transformations is a plus
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and SAP Web IDE, BW/4HANA tools
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Background in manufacturing or engineering industries, e.g., quality assurance or supply chain analytics
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or related SAP integration tools
• Knowledge of advanced visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models such as Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript for backend data processing
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines extracting data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable data flows and architectures
• Develop end-to-end data workflows ensuring high data quality and resolving discrepancies
• Work with frontend teams to enable real-time insights and interactive dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Support business processes with custom analytics, KPI tracking, and actionable insights
• Optimize data processing performance leveraging SAP HANA in-memory capabilities
• Participate in Agile (SAFe) workflows including sprints, planning, and retrospectives
• Document and maintain technical best practices and knowledge sharing
