Senior SAP HANA Developer

• 5+ years experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent SAP roles
• Expertise in SAP HANA native modeling with Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows in SAP environments
• Familiarity with SAP systems integration including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA
• Proficient in data performance optimization and database tuning for scalability
• Experience with SAP BW environments, including InfoObjects, DSOs, Process Chains, and data transformations (plus)
• Knowledge of data architecture principles and SAP Web IDE, BW/4HANA tools
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Background in manufacturing or engineering industries, especially quality assurance or supply chain analytics
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or modern SAP integration tools
• Knowledge of visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI alongside SAP Analytics Cloud

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript
• Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines extracting data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other sources
• Collaborate with teams to create scalable data flows and architectures
• Develop end-to-end data workflows ensuring high data quality and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Support frontend teams for real-time insights and dashboards via SAP Analytics Cloud and other tools
• Enhance business processes with custom analytics, KPI tracking, and actionable insights using SAP HANA backends
• Optimize data processing performance leveraging SAP HANA in-memory database
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and architects for requirement gathering and solution delivery
• Participate in Agile (SAFe) sprints, planning, and retrospectives delivering incremental value
• Document and maintain technical best practices and knowledge sharing for SAP HANA solutions
