Wymagania
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow with 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions
- Proven skills in ServiceNow architecture and solution architecture
- Experience in IT Service Management and ServiceNow integration
- Leadership abilities to inspire teams, drive change, and foster trust
- Certified Professional qualifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or others are highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level)

- Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
- Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
- Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
- Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
- Architect and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
- Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance
- Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
- Support marketing activities, organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements
