Tech Lead (Go) - Software Engineering

GoMining is an international crypto company reshaping Bitcoin mining through its Liquid Bitcoin Hashrate (LBH) protocol. The company creates Digital Miners, digital assets backed by real hashrate that generate daily BTC rewards, and develops products combining physical infrastructure with digital innovation, including the Play-to-Earn strategy game Miner Wars integrated with the Web3 ecosystem. It operates proprietary data centers globally and supports a user base of over 3.7 million worldwide.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).
• Strong backend and software engineering background.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading engineers and driving technical and architectural decisions.
• Strong hands-on approach — comfortable staying close to code and production development.
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and system reliability.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps.
• Experience building high-load or high-availability systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Web3, blockchain, fintech, or transaction-heavy products.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI capabilities into production products.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js or other backend technologies.

• Lead the technical direction of the team and own key architecture decisions.
• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
• Stay hands-on with production code and solve complex technical challenges.
• Design reliable, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems.
• Lead code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the team.
• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and scalability.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Mentor Software Engineers and support their technical growth.
• Help increase team productivity and improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Continuously improve development processes, engineering practices, and delivery quality.
• Actively use AI-powered development tools to accelerate engineering workflows and improve code quality.
