Wymagania
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Shopify including live store contributions.
- Experience with Shopify integrations with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems, able to explain integration steps.
- Technical fluency with ability to edit Liquid and JSON, and knowledge of metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
- Strong project and vendor management skills: writing technical specs, gathering estimates, coordinating developers/agencies, testing deliveries, managing deadlines and budgets.
- Hands-on experience with bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV.
- English proficiency at B2+ level with clear communication.
- Ability to differentiate technical work manageable independently versus requiring external expertise.
Strong advantages:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions).
- Experience with Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B.
- Experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce.
- Multi-market experience (US and EU).
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Spanish.
This role is not a fit if you are:
- Primarily a developer focused on coding with limited project/vendor management experience.
- Primarily a project manager without strong hands-on Shopify technical knowledge.
- Specialized only in theme/design or marketing-focused Shopify roles without broader technical and systems experience.
- Experienced only in WordPress/WooCommerce or local CRMs without substantial Shopify experience.
- Someone expecting external developers to manage all technical troubleshooting and routine system administration without your understanding or management.
Obowiązki
Shopify and catalogue:
- Configure and maintain the store, including products, variants, prices, collections, and metafields.
- Manage bulk imports and exports and support B2B price lists and customer accounts.
- Manage apps and checkout settings, including rules for regulated products.
- Make minor configuration and technical adjustments independently.
- Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and identify when external support is required.
Integrations and automation:
- Own the Shopify-HubSpot integration and ensure accurate synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
- Oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools via apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar.
- Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows, making routine adjustments.
- Assess requirements and coordinate external specialists for complex integrations.
- Monitor integrations for errors or failed processes and coordinate resolutions.
HubSpot / CRM:
- Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, and customer tiers.
- Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- Maintain data quality including duplicate management and merges.
- Handle routine CRM configuration and administration independently.
- Coordinate complex CRM changes with external specialists.
Technical project and vendor management:
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Assess task complexity to determine internal handling versus external expertise.
- Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, and freelancers.
- Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines from providers.
- Track project scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
- Review, test, verify, and accept completed work before going live.
- Ensure external technical work is documented and maintainable.
Control and documentation:
- Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, configurations, workflows, and access rights.
- Control administrative permissions and external vendor access.
- Monitor system performance, synchronization issues, and errors.
- Ensure technical changes are documented and handed over properly.
- Maintain an overview of the Shopify, HubSpot, and broader e-commerce technology environment.
Benefity
- Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement.
- Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month.
- Probation period of 3 months.
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time, overlapping with Spain/CET and Americas teams.
