Guidewire BillingCenter Developer - IT Contracting

• Minimum 4 years of software development experience using Guidewire and Java
• Practical experience working with the Guidewire BillingCenter platform
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies and the JVM ecosystem
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, and relational databases
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, or related technologies
• Good understanding of Clean Code principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
• Experience working in corporate environments and project implementation teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular
• Knowledge of Kotlin
• Experience integrating insurance systems
• Higher technical education (computer science, engineering, or related fields)

• Development and configuration of solutions in the Guidewire BillingCenter system
• Implementation of new functionalities according to business and technical client requirements
• Creating and developing integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies
• Participation in requirements analysis, solution design, and development effort estimation
• Collaboration with analysts, architects, testers, and client teams in the project environment
• Preparation and execution of unit tests and support of test processes
• Maintaining code quality using good programming practices and design patterns
• Participation in code reviews, performance optimization, and resolving technical issues
