Solution Enterprise Architect - Microsoft Technologies (M365 Architect for A365 Project)

• Deep architectural experience in Microsoft 365 at Enterprise scale, including tenant configuration and component service architecture (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Microsoft Intune integration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Purview and Entra ID, including labeling, DLP, retention, oversharing mitigation, and advanced Conditional Access policy design (including service principals).
• Knowledge of Copilot Control System design, policies, limitations, and auditable control rules.
• Analytical and auditing skills to assess tenant configuration and telemetry data and design controls generating audit evidence in continuous processes.
• Experience in regulated environments with understanding of legal and business requirements such as EU AI Act and Responsible AI mandates.
• Security-focused mindset implementing least privilege, time-bound elevation (PIM), and precise auditing of own activities.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical architectural decisions and business implications to governance boards.
• Fluent English language proficiency at C1/C2 level for communication with international technical and business stakeholders.

• Design Microsoft 365 tenant architecture at the Enterprise scale, including Admin Center policies, update channels, and consistent configuration of Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams services.
• Define policies at the tenant level for Copilot Control System, including user scopes, guardrails, and usage scenarios, and export auditable baselines for deployment cohorts.
• Model cohort groups, maintain directory hygiene, design Conditional Access policies, and extend these models to non-human identities related to AI agents.
• Configure Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention policies, and audit mechanisms to control content accessible by Copilot and prevent oversharing in SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Integrate devices and endpoints using Microsoft Intune and compliance mechanisms as part of Conditional Access rules for agents.
• Conduct structured environment readiness assessments, create scorecards, gap analyses, prerequisite lists, and risk registries for deployment waves.
• Collaborate on Agent 365 architecture, defining tenant prerequisites for Agent 365 platform functionality with the A365 Architect.
• Prepare post-execution documentation (as-built), readiness assessment methodologies, and operational instructions enabling client teams to revalidate the environment before future rollout waves.
