[DDI] UX/UI designer with Finnish or Norwegian

• Proven commercial UX/UI experience supported by a portfolio.
• Advanced Figma proficiency.
• Strong practical experience building and adapting design systems for different products.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and UX research methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with international teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of design quality and delivery.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows connecting design systems to AI agents.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, frontend component libraries.
• Experience auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance, and adoption.

• Design user flows, accessible interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Build, customise, and maintain design systems.
• Validate solutions through user research, usability testing, and workshops.
• Prepare clear design specifications and guidelines for developers and AI agents.
• Present design decisions and collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout implementation.
