Junior/Mid QA Manager – SAP Test Management

• Experience in software testing, test coordination, QA or IT project environments
• Practical experience with SAP Solution Manager, preferably within Test Management
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test levels and test types
• Experience with test planning, test execution and defect management
• Understanding of requirements traceability and test documentation
• Knowledge of functional, integration, system, regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Understanding of testing approaches used in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
• Familiarity with risk-based and requirements-based testing
• Good coordination and organisational skills
• Structured, proactive and quality-focused working style
• Good stakeholder communication skills
• English at B2 level or above

Nice to have:

• Experience in SAP transformation or implementation projects
• SAP S/4HANA project experience
• Experience in international enterprise environments
• Experience in regulated or quality-critical IT environments
• ISTQB Foundation or another relevant testing certification

• Support the preparation and coordination of test plans and testing activities
• Coordinate test execution, test sessions, resources and test environments
• Support the preparation and maintenance of test specifications and test cases
• Maintain and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Monitor defined test entry and exit criteria
• Coordinate testers and support them during test execution
• Track defects from identification through resolution and verification
• Monitor test progress, open issues, risks and dependencies
• Prepare regular test status updates and support reporting activities
• Support the preparation of Test Summary Reports, RTM and Validation Reports
• Ensure test documentation is complete, structured and up to date
• Support PMO activities including status tracking, actions, risks, issues and dependencies
• Use SAP Solution Manager for test planning, execution, traceability and defect management
• Cooperate with Test Managers, project teams, business stakeholders and technical teams
