Wymagania
- Minimum 10 years as SAP Consultant or Business Solution Architect with a focus on SAP ERP/S4HANA Production Planning
- Leadership experience in at least 2 greenfield implementations as PP Team Lead or Business Solution Architect, including S/4HANA
- Expert knowledge of SAP PP including MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders, planning strategies, capacity planning, and integration with MM, QM, SD, PM
- Experience in ABAP debugging and integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, APIs); MES or APS integration is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP PP-DS (embedded or classic APO)
- SAP certifications in SAP ECC/S/4HANA Production Planning and PP-DS
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements for SAP ERP/S4HANA Production Planning solutions
- Design integrated architectures connecting SAP S/4HANA PP with adjacent SAP modules and third-party systems
- Promote and enforce industry best practices aligned with long-term operational excellence
- Lead implementation and customization of SAP Production Planning modules (PP, PP-DS)
- Oversee project lifecycle from design to stabilization including testing and cutover
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities for end-users
- Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues related to MRP/MRP Live, capacity planning, BOM/routing, and integrations
- Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, staying current with S/4HANA innovations
- Collaborate with technical teams providing functional specifications and validating integration developments
