Tech/Team Lead (Node.JS)

Our client is a major international enterprise operating across global commercial and industrial sectors with a technology center in Warsaw.

• Practical knowledge of REST & GraphQL APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, messaging systems, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with distributed systems and system-to-system integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, IAM, CloudWatch, and AWS Networking.
• Strong Node.js capability.
• Practical familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, and Linux/Shell Scripting.
• Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
• Ability to establish engineering standards and conduct thorough code reviews.

Languages:

• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and design resilient, scalable event-driven architectures and system-to-system integration patterns for enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to an engineering team (5–10 developers), establish coding guidelines, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering quality.
• Balance technical design with practical engineering involvement, maintaining code-level quality, test coverage, and production reliability across cloud integration pipelines.
• Work alongside international product owners, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Software Engineering & Architecture:

• Strong Node.js capability for guiding developers, hands-on work, and conducting thorough code reviews.

Technical Leadership:

• Proven experience mentoring or leading technical team members (e.g., Tech Lead, Team Lead).
