SAP Business Solution Architect

• Minimum 10 years as an SAP Consultant or Business Solution Architect focused on SAP ERP/S4HANA Production Planning
• Leadership in at least 2 greenfield implementations as PP Team Lead or Business Solution Architect, at least one on S/4HANA
• Expert knowledge of SAP PP, including MRP/MRP Live, BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, planning strategies, capacity planning, integration with MM, QM, SD, PM
• Experience with ABAP debugging and integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, APIs); MES or APS integration is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, designing scalable Production Planning solutions within SAP ERP/S/4HANA
• Design integrated end‑to‑end architectures streamlining manufacturing operations between SAP S/4HANA PP, SAP modules (MM, QM, PM, SD), and third-party systems (MES, APS, LIMS)
• Promote and enforce industry best practices aligned with long-term operational excellence
• Lead implementation and customization of SAP Production Planning modules (PP, PP‑DS), aligning with manufacturing strategies and KPIs
• Oversee complete project lifecycle: design, blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, hypercare, stabilization
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer to support end-user adoption of SAP PP capabilities
• Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues including MRP/MRP Live, capacity planning, shop floor execution, BOM/routing consistency, integration with MES or APO/PP‑DS
• Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations (MRP Live, embedded PP‑DS, predictive MRP)
• Collaborate with technical teams, provide functional specifications, participate in ABAP debugging, and validate integration developments (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs)
