Game Designer (FPS)

Sperasoft is a leading game co-development company, part of Keywords Studios, providing technical and creative services to the global video games industry. The company collaborates closely with partners delivering high-quality AAA titles, and its clients include Ubisoft, Microsoft, Riot Games, Electronic Arts, and others.

• Experience in Game Design for FPS or TPS games
• Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience with at least one shipped title as a game designer
• Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal Engine 5
• Attention to quality and detail, creatively and technically
• Strong creative skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
• Passionate gamer with a strong passion for games
• Proficiency in English (verbal, written, and technical)

• Collaborate closely with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA FPS game
• Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and design overhauls
• Lead brainstorming and playtest sessions
• Work closely with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement game design directions
• Lead complex and impactful game aspects independently
• Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust design or balance
• Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning
