• Experience in technical support, helpdesk, service, or related environment
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and investigate their causes
• Comfortable working with technical environments and various systems
• Independence in problem solving
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Clean criminal record

Nice to have:

• Experience in the security industry
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Knowledge of alarm systems, monitoring, or other technical security systems
• Communication skills

• Diagnosing problems and malfunctions in CCTV and video systems
• Analyzing technical reports and identifying potential causes of issues
• Independently resolving technical incidents and faults
• Providing remote support to technicians during installation, servicing, and maintenance of systems
• Supporting clients regarding the operation of security systems
• Collaborating with other teams to solve technical problems
• Working on flexible shifts of 8h, 10h, 12h, or 24h
• Possibility of hybrid work after onboarding
