JD Edwards ERP Specialist with Sales Module

emagine Polska is seeking a JD Edwards ERP Specialist with expertise in the Sales module to support ERP initiatives across various European locations. The position is based in Porto, Portugal, and involves working onsite 4 days a week with 1 day remote. The contract duration is 2 years with a possibility for permanent employment after the contract period.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), specifically in the Sales module
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and related workflows
• Experience in international environments (consulting or multiple E1 implementations is a plus)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
• C1 English Level

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with order intake processes including EDI and web order interfaces
• Understanding of advanced pricing and preferences

• Provide expert analysis and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)
• Participate in workshops, identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with project managers on timelines
• Review and prioritize improvement suggestions; develop business cases and implement changes
• Analyze order flows, address issues, and resolve transactional inconsistencies
• Handle occasional third-level support and recommend long-term problem solutions
• Produce high-quality documentation including user training materials and design documentation
• Utilize modern E1 technologies such as Orchestrator and BI Publisher reports

Position based in Porto, Portugal, candidates must be local or willing to relocate from Brazil.
