Data Analyst & Insights Specialist (Data Analytics Media Tech)

• Experience with Python programming for data transformation, modelling, and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate unexpected results and identify root causes
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and integrating large datasets
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for data integrity
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining analytical findings
• 1-2 years previous experience in a data analyst role

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the TV, streaming, or film industry
• Experience with BI tools or visualisation platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of surveys, panel data, or audience measurement systems

• Analyse complex datasets using Python and SQL to uncover key insights about audience behaviour
• Turn ambiguous or loosely defined questions into clear analytical problems and practical solutions
• Support ongoing data quality initiatives, ensuring data outputs are gold standard
• Prepare and present compelling data summaries and visualisations for internal and client stakeholders
• Communicate analytical findings clearly, both in writing and in conversation
• Support client teams by responding to analytical questions and delivering fast, reliable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine products and improve research accuracy
