HR Business Process Consultant

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, HR consulting, HR IT implementations, functional business/process analysis, or related fields.
• Preferred experience in management consulting, IT implementation firms, or HR business operations enterprises.
• Advantageous experience working on HR or Digital Transformation projects.
• Ability to support workshops and multitask on project assignments.
• Excellent documentation skills, converting conversations into meaningful deliverables such as process maps and SOPs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English.

• Support comprehensive evaluations of existing HR/HR Administration processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop and design efficient and scalable HR processes focused on HR Administration.
• Create clear, user-friendly process maps, standard operating procedures, and process assessment outcome reports.
• Support change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication and training.
• Ensure HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Utilize HR data analytics to measure the impact of process changes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external HR teams and other departments throughout project stages.
• Stay current with HR industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.
