Senior Product Designer - Sell Online

The Sell Online team builds products that help small business owners run and grow their businesses online, including appointment bookings, online stores, and customer management. The team is cross-functional, embedded across multiple product squads, and works closely with product managers and engineers to shape experiences used by millions of merchants worldwide. SumUp serves over 4 million businesses in 37 markets as their financial partner for payments, finance, and customer relationships.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design including wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI with emphasis on visual craft, typography, and layout
• Experience designing customer-facing products for web and mobile, preferably in e-commerce, bookings, or similar consumer contexts
• Proven ability to work with and contribute to design systems at scale
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Collaborative and curious mindset, adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity without losing momentum

• Own end-to-end design across Bookings and Online Store products, from early-stage concepts to high-fidelity UI ready for development
• Craft visually compelling interfaces, including iconography and illustrations
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers across multiple squads to keep design and delivery in sync
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Use qualitative research and user data to inform design decisions and validate solutions
