Wymagania

Excellent communication skills and ability to support others.
Able to manage time and tasks independently, organized, and able to prioritize.
Interested in technology and eager to develop skills.
Problem analysis and resolution skills, able to diagnose and solve root causes.
Knowledge of IT systems and tools, experience with operating systems, device configuration, and user support.
Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
Fluent written and spoken Polish.
Fluent in English sufficient for understanding technical documentation and communication.
Higher technical education.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Axence nVision software.
Familiarity with RODO and NIS2 regulations.

Obowiązki

Support Axence employees with hardware, systems, and software, including configuration, installation, and day-to-day problem solving.
Provide comprehensive technical support to external clients via phone and email, diagnose issues, and give clear guidance.
Register tickets and create notes in Zendesk.
Conduct remote sessions to assist clients with product-related problems.
Manage company hardware and IT policies internally.
Ensure proper functioning of office and conference equipment.
Collaborate with Development and Sales departments.
Improve customer support processes.
Support and mentor team members.
Continuously increase knowledge about Axence products.

Salary range of 8,800–11,000 PLN gross on employment contract or 9,600–13,200 PLN net + VAT monthly on B2B, plus quarterly bonuses.
