AI Engineer with French

Link Group is hiring for an AI Engineer role focused on Generative AI applications, targeting locations across multiple Polish cities including Warszawa, with remote work possibility. The company operates in the AI domain and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with international teams.

• Minimum B2 level in French; C1/C2 or native preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer with a focus on Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building RAG architectures, enterprise assistants, and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Strong API design and integration skills with REST APIs, WebSockets, Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.
• Experience with modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes for AI deployment pipelines.
• Ability to scale and industrialize prototypes into secure, stable, and high-performance production systems.
• Commitment to writing clean code, unit and integration testing, and maintaining technical documentation.

• Develop end-to-end Generative AI applications, specialized AI agents, and custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) services tailored to business needs.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases into system architectures via RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Transition prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) into scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
• Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation of AI workflows.
• Produce clean, scalable code and maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, API specifications, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with international product teams, software developers, and stakeholders, communicating fluently in English and French.
