Delivery Lead – Digital Deposits & Account Solutions

The position is within the Global Payments & Liquidity / Deposits and Account Solutions area of a banking organization undergoing a significant transformation. The team focuses on digitalizing deposit journeys, introducing API-enabled capabilities, and modernizing operational processes.

• Strong experience as a Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager within a large banking or financial services environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology or digital transformation programs.
• Experience working across multiple business and technology teams and managing complex dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience delivering digital customer journeys or channel transformation.
• Experience working with APIs, system integration or technology-enabled process automation.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risks, issues, dependencies and planning.
• Experience working in complex, globally distributed organizations.

Nice to have:

• Experience within Payments, Liquidity, Deposits, Cash Management or Transaction Banking.
• Knowledge of deposit products / account solutions.
• Experience working with Treasury or liquidity functions.
• Experience delivering API-led transformation.
• Experience replacing manual processes with automated solutions.
• Experience working across UK and India-based teams.

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple digital deposits and account solution workstreams.
• Coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Controls, and Treasury stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage delivery of the API-enabled deposit capability from pilot through to wider implementation.
• Drive the digitalization of existing customer journeys.
• Coordinate the transition away from manual and legacy processes towards automated solutions.
• Manage dependencies with internal technology and business teams.
• Work closely with Risk and Controls teams to ensure new automated processes are appropriately designed and implemented.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across the program.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of the capability across additional markets as part of the roadmap.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate requirements into deliverable outcomes.
