Senior IT Analyst (CDW)

Cyclad works with top international IT companies delivering advanced technologies. This role is part of a large-scale Core Banking transformation program replacing legacy systems with a unified Nordic Core Banking platform. The position involves collaboration within an international team working on IT services in banking.

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Professional experience with CDW and reporting
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably large organizations
• Experience with large-scale IT transformation programs
• Ability to work within complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Proven ability to independently manage requirements from collection through documentation and handover
• Experience working in large programs (~300+ employees)
• Good knowledge of SQL or similar tools
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard in established programs
• Experience in Nordic banking environments (advantage)
• Knowledge of reporting (advantage)
• Experience with Hadoop (advantage)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Manage the requirements process independently from collection through documentation and handover
• Analyse data-related requirements within a complex banking environment
• Work with CDW and reporting-related processes
• Support data governance and data mapping activities
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity
• Analyse complex business and IT environments and identify dependencies
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a large-scale Core Banking program
• Understand existing systems, processes, data structures, and program environments quickly
• Support the transformation from local legacy systems to a unified Core Banking platform
• Contribute to data and reporting solutions within a large-scale banking program
