The team builds bespoke applications tailored to client needs beyond the core Roomvo product, delivering projects from client brief to production in weeks.

• 5+ years building scalable software systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals via degree or extensive experience.
• Expertise with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, including understanding server vs client rendering.
• Full-stack experience with SQL schema design and server-side TypeScript; Python and Django experience is a strong plus.
• Keen eye for UI quality and confidence to push design ideas.
• Strong focus on execution, delivery, detail, and long-term goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with the ability to verify their output and build supporting infrastructure.
• Comfortable modifying infrastructure configurations like Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Proven ability to mentor and provide technical guidance.
• Leadership mindset with initiative and consistent delivery.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments focused on learning.

• Own projects end-to-end: data model, UI, backend, release, and post-launch support.
• Shape projects before contract signing, scoping work and agreeing on APIs with clients.
• Build polished interactive tools including product configurators, drawing tools, and in-store displays.
• Collaborate closely with designers, proposing and challenging design improvements.
• Develop products powered by generative AI.
• Work across apps and services, including code owned by other teams.
