Cybersecurity Epic Owner / Technical Project Manager (UNECE R155)

SpyroSoft S.A. is recruiting for a role focused on automotive cybersecurity to support UNECE R155 Vehicle Type Approval within a major automotive platform program.

• Proven experience in Automotive Cybersecurity and/or Product Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of UNECE R155 and cybersecurity requirements for Vehicle Type Approval (VTA).
• Experience combining cybersecurity expertise with technical project or program management or Epic Ownership.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Experience coordinating complex cybersecurity initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results in regulated and compliance-driven environments.
• Experience working with cybersecurity architects, engineering teams, governance and certification stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Cases.
• Knowledge of automotive software and system development processes.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity audits and certification activities.
• Experience in vehicle programs nearing production readiness and regulatory approval.
• Familiarity with Agile / SAFe frameworks.

• Lead cybersecurity activities to ensure compliance with UNECE R155 throughout vehicle development lifecycle.
• Drive completion and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation, evidence, and deliverables for Vehicle Type Approval.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks affecting product compliance.
• Own and manage cybersecurity epics involving strategic and execution planning.
• Track progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers for cybersecurity activities.
• Coordinate collaboration among Epic Owners, Product Owners, Cybersecurity Architects, System Architects, Governance Teams, Certification Teams, and external partners.
• Support preparation and completion of Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Case before Vehicle Type Approval.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated across vehicle development programs.
• Participate in cybersecurity audits, technical reviews, and certification discussions.
• Provide regular status reporting and stakeholder communication regarding compliance readiness.
• Drive closure of all cybersecurity activities required for certification and product launch.
