Senior Java Developer – Banking Solutions

Our client is a leading technology-driven organization delivering cutting-edge portal solutions focused on digital transformation in the financial sector.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in Java or .NET (including Spring Boot / .NET Core)
• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift)
• Working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with messaging or event-driven architectures using Kafka, MQ, etc.
• Domain experience in financial services, fund administration, or transfer agency
• Exposure to cloud-native development practices

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or .NET
• Design data models and integrate with relational or NoSQL databases
• Collaborate with front-end teams to define API contracts
• Build, deploy, and optimize containerized applications within Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Implement secure coding practices and conduct unit/integration testing
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participate in on-call and support rotations
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
