Wymagania
- Comprehensive management of IT projects through the full product lifecycle from discovery, estimation, planning, through delivery, deployment, further development, and maintenance
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
- Proficient use of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and budget in technological projects
- Strong sense of responsibility and consistency in goal achievement
- Business fluent English communication skills
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in Agile, AgilePM, Jira, Kanban, Scrum, Testing
Obowiązki
- Responsibility for the ICT project stream covering infrastructure, environments, security, performance, tests, and deployments
- Managing an interdisciplinary team: test managers, release managers, devops, infrastructure architects, security, and performance
- Coordinating preparation and development of development, integration, test, and production environments
- Coordinating preparation and execution of acceptance, performance, and security tests
- Responsible for preparation and execution of production deployments
- Preparing and handing over new systems to maintenance
- Planning work and monitoring progress, managing risks, budget, and schedule
Benefity
- Salary range of 23,500 to 26,900 PLN net per month (B2B)
- Fixed working hours (100%) under B2B contract
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office in central Warsaw)
