Workday Developer

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including practical experience in Payroll, Security, and integrations
• Experience working with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
• Daily design of end-to-end solutions covering Workday configuration, integrations, and dependent systems
• Practical experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Experience analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and creating technical documentation
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with stakeholders
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level, working in an international environment

• Provide expert support for Payroll and HR areas including compensation, benefits, absences, time tracking, Workday Payroll, Security, and integrations
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions including Workday configuration, integrations, and their impact on external systems
• Optimize business processes, especially in Payroll, Security, and integration areas to increase efficiency and data consistency
• Configure reports, calculated fields, business processes, and security mechanisms
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday
• Create and maintain Workday documentation including operational procedures, Quick Reference Guides, project documentation, and training materials
• Prepare technical and functional documentation
• Support production maintenance and resolve incidents related to the Workday platform

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
