Core Banking Developer (Oracle FLEXCUBE)

• At least 3 years’ commercial experience in software development including banking or financial sector projects.
• Practical experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE in development, implementation, migration, or modernisation projects.
• Good knowledge of Core Banking environment and related banking product processes.
• Experience in developing and integrating banking systems using APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture from a developer’s perspective.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of at least one backend programming language.
• Experience in Agile environments and knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of security, performance, and reliability requirements of banking systems.
• Ability to analyse requirements and implement functionalities accordingly.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work hybrid (6 days/month from Warsaw office).

• Develop and modernise functionalities in core banking solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Integrate the core banking platform with other systems and services within the banking ecosystem.
• Analyse business and technical requirements to implement new functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, testers, and other project team members.
