Tech lead (PHP+React)

The TAM (Technical Account Management) area delivers customizations, dedicated functionality, and system integrations for SINGU's largest enterprise clients, focusing on logistics and commercial real estate.

• Fluent in English (C1) and Polish for running client workshops and internal communication
• 1+ year experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent in a product or delivery team of 3+ engineers
• Responsible for architecture and technical decisions, accountable in production
• Ability to decompose epics into well-defined, estimable tasks before coding
• Experience making delivery predictable with planning, estimation, and managing client requests
• 5+ years of commercial PHP development (7.4+/8) with clean, testable, maintainable code
• Production experience with React (TypeScript preferred)
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL including schema design, performant queries, migrations, and execution plans
• Experience designing and owning REST APIs and integrations with external systems (imports, exports, SSO)
• Security-by-default mindset including input validation, access control, and data protection
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot in development workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience in enterprise/customization-heavy B2B SaaS (multi-tenant, per-client variants)
• Experience with ERP/enterprise integrations like SAP, Dynamics, PeopleSoft, SFTP/CSV/API imports
• Knowledge of Phalcon framework
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Awareness of mobile development with Flutter
• Improving developer experience: local environment setup, test automation, CI speed

• Own the technical direction of the new TAM team including architecture, code quality, and delivery
• Establish the team's delivery process, Definition of Ready/Done, code review standards, and technical onboarding aligned with SINGU engineering practices
• Act as the primary technical contact for the client responsible for workshops, solution design, estimates, status updates, and escalations
• Translate client needs into technical specifications and tasks, owning the final technical specification
• Manage sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization balancing planned scope with ad-hoc client requests
• Make architectural decisions for customizations to avoid fragmenting the core product; align with Platform/Core teams and Chief Architect
• Review code, mentor engineers, and run technical onboarding for new team members
• Drive engineering improvements including testability, local environments, automated tests, and continuous integration
• Spend approximately 40–60% of time on hands-on coding and code reviews
