Senior Fullstack Developer

• 5+ years of commercial PHP backend development (7.4+/8)
• Expert in PostgreSQL including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and migrations on large datasets
• Proven experience designing and maintaining REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with data import pipelines and external system integrations (files, APIs, queues) involving idempotency, validation, error handling, and reprocessing
• Working knowledge of React with the ability to deliver features end-to-end
• Strong focus on security (secure coding, access control, data protection) and high-volume operation performance
• Full ownership of solutions from design to production and support
• Experience mentoring other developers and conducting meaningful code reviews
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily work
• Communicative English (B2+) for technical specifications, tickets, documentation, and client calls
• Fluent Polish (team works internally in Polish)

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Phalcon framework
• PostgreSQL tuning (partitioning, vacuum, planner) and production performance troubleshooting
• ERP/enterprise integrations (SAP, Dynamics, PeopleSoft), SSO (SAML / OIDC)
• Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD
• Background in customization-heavy or multi-tenant B2B SaaS
• Improving test automation and local development environments

• Design and implement integrations and custom functionality for enterprise clients
• Build secure, high-performance backend services in PHP, and extend React frontends as needed
• Design and optimize data import/export processes focusing on security, data integrity, and performance
• Identify and remove performance bottlenecks in application and database layers
• Participate in technical breakdown and estimation; co-own API contracts
• Review code and mentor mid-level developers, acting as a go-to person for backend and database topics
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, QA, and other SINGU teams (Platform, Core)
