Their client is a leading Polish bank known for pioneering services like the first credit card in Poland, biometric banking, and AI, Big Data, and mobile app initiatives.

• Higher education in finance, management, or project management
• 5 years of experience managing large projects in the banking sector, emphasizing data analytics, financial monitoring, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting for senior leadership
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel and project management tools like Jira
• Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to present complex financial data and constraints to stakeholders and executives

• Develop, manage, and monitor the project budget, including forecasting and controlling expenditures
• Monitor spending versus approved budget, identify variances, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions
• Analyze resource load and demand to ensure efficient utilization, maintaining and updating resource plans
• Prepare management reports, financial indicators, resource usage reports, and other mandatory reports aligned with PMO methodology
• Prepare formal documentation for project approvals in collaboration with Domain Leaders
• Create clear data-driven budget reports, management reports, and variance analyses for operation management, sponsors, PMO, and steering committee with controlling team
• Collaborate with bank units managing contracts, orders, and invoices from suppliers
• Early identification of financial, compliance, and resource bottleneck risks with mitigation plans
• Serve as main contact point for finance, accounting, and production teams ensuring awareness of KPIs and milestones
