B2B Project: System Engineer

The project focuses on the development and delivery of advanced automotive features and vehicle functions. The contractor will support feature definition, specification, implementation alignment, validation activities, and collaboration with multiple international project teams and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals.
• Familiarity with microcontroller applications and software programming.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Methodical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in international project environments.
• Availability for business travel.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa).
• Knowledge of ADAS systems and features.
• Working knowledge of automotive electronics.

• Create technical documentation for vehicle functions.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Define product parameters and functionality based on project requirements.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, competencies, and external vendors.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature alignment, implementation, and delivery.
• Support feature calibration and tuning on vehicle platforms.
• Analyze feature performance during test-drive conditions.
• Collaborate with software and test engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in system reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings.
• Maintain communication with client stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical innovation initiatives and organizational improvement.

• Ensure proper handling of confidential information.
