Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF)

DCG is a recruitment company focused on providing experienced professionals and continuous support through partnership in managing recruitment projects. This role supports banking, financial services, or regulated environment projects related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) and RACF/mainframe security.

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes
• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments
• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects within banking, financial services, or regulated environments
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management practices
• Understanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements within financial institutions
• Experience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Fluency in English
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination capabilities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset and great communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution discipline

• Support and act as Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
• Drive progress across Business Delivery teams and ensure delivery against timelines and milestones
• Facilitate daily project team standups, virtual workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain action and decision logs and project documentation
• Drive accountability for actions and commitments across project stakeholders
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating when necessary
• Maintain project progress trackers and prepare status reports and presentations for management
• Support project governance processes and reporting requirements
• Develop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation activities
