Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Our client is a global leader in HR technology delivering an end-to-end SaaS platform supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle. Their solutions use cloud technology, automation, and AI to improve hiring and talent experiences worldwide.

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET Framework, particularly with large mature applications.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, writing queries and troubleshooting database issues.
• Experience developing and maintaining Web APIs, especially REST; SOAP or GraphQL is a plus.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests with production-ready code.
• Ability to work independently across backend, frontend, and database tasks.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

• Develop and maintain features in a large-scale .NET application using C#, .NET Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Modernize selected components and services using .NET 8.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Write queries and troubleshoot data issues with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Develop frontend functionality using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, and Knockout.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment including TeamCity and Jenkins pipelines.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share knowledge.
• Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted tools in development.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule for production deployments approximately once every six weeks.
