This role involves acting as the design and front-end technical lead for client-facing portals, combining UX ownership with senior front-end engineering leadership. The candidate will translate ambiguous business requirements into validated, high-fidelity prototypes and lead a mid-level development team to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible, enterprise-grade portal experiences. Key responsibilities include ownership of the requirements-to-prototype pipeline, design system governance, and mentoring developers.

Wymagania

Expert-level proficiency in design/prototyping tools such as Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
Strong hands-on React.js + TypeScript development experience (component architecture, state management, hooks).
Demonstrated experience translating designs into production-quality, responsive, accessible UI.
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to defend design decisions.
Experience reviewing code and providing technical/design feedback.

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of Java or .NET.
Experience with Micro Frontend architectures (Module Federation, single-spa).
Basic SQL/database knowledge.
Prior experience in financial services, fund administration, or transfer agency platforms.

Obowiązki

Own the requirements-to-prototype pipeline: run discovery with business/product stakeholders, produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Define and enforce UI/UX standards, interaction patterns, and design system usage across all TA Portal applications.
Architect and build key React/TypeScript front-end components and shared UI libraries.
Review pull requests and provide actionable feedback to mid-level developers on design fidelity and code quality.
Partner with backend/API teams to ensure front-end designs are technically feasible.
Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design across portal screens.
Conduct usability testing/validation sessions and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
Mentor mid-level UI/UX developers on design thinking and React best practices.
Participate in architecture/design governance reviews as design owner for the portal.
