Senior Fullstack Engineer

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experienced experts, delivering innovative IT solutions via specialised teams for clients worldwide. They have over 15 years of activity and engage in educational and charitable activities supporting schools, hospitals, and charitable organisations.

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer including hands-on experience with Python and Node.js
• Strong full-stack engineering experience across backend and frontend development
• Experience designing and developing event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous communication
• Experience with state machines and distributed systems patterns such as Saga, Outbox, and Idempotency
• Understanding of authorization flows, ledger and settlement processes
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of software security and compliance requirements including PCI DSS and PSD2
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB processes
• Experience working in international and cross-functional engineering teams

• Work in an international engineering team to build highly scalable, highly available applications
• Develop cloud-based software for logistics, e-commerce, and fintech domains
