• Higher education, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, risk management, economics, finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in ICT risk management, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or information security.
• At least 2 years in a managerial position or managing an expert team.
• Very good knowledge of the DORA regulation and issues related to operational and digital resilience of financial institutions.
• Knowledge of financial sector regulations, especially KNF guidelines, EBA, and ICT outsourcing regulations.
• Familiarity with risk management and information security standards and good practices, including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or ITIL.
• Experience preparing materials for the Management Board, committees, and supervisory authorities.
• Analytical thinking, risk assessment skills, and decision-making ability.

• Manage the team and coordinate activities related to implementing, maintaining, and developing the Bank's compliance with the DORA regulation and digital resilience.
• Oversee the processes of identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of ICT risk and ICT service provider risk, including critical and key suppliers.
• Coordinate gap analyses versus DORA requirements, supervise corrective actions, digital resilience tests, and implementation of resulting recommendations.
• Develop, update, and maintain internal regulations regarding ICT risk management and digital resilience.
• Coordinate cooperation between business areas, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, audit, and business continuity.
• Monitor regulatory changes and prepare reports and materials for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and supervisory authorities concerning compliance with DORA and digital resilience.
• Represent the Bank during inspections and audits and support employee competence development and effective internal control system functioning within the team's responsibility area.
