Wymagania

Knowledge and experience in the insurance domain, preferably insurance claims, with at least 2 years of experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision.
Very good knowledge of Java and Spring.
Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns and integration practices.
Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation.
Skills in code review, mentoring, and conducting architectural workshops.
Experience co-creating technology roadmaps and risk assessment.
Experience in end-to-end observability.
Practical knowledge of API governance.
Practical knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Hybrid work: minimum 3 days per week in office.
Delivery of services from Poland.
Experience with Agentic SDLC.
Experience in multi-cloud strategies.
Participation in defining technology standards within an organization.

Obowiązki

Designing a completely new insurance claims reporting system and documenting system architecture.
Building the system from scratch (agentic coding) in a distributed microservices architecture.
Participating in feasibility analyses and defining implementation assumptions for system development.
Setting the system development direction and ensuring technology standards and code quality.
Estimating development and architectural effort and resource requirements.
Assigning development tasks, supervising implementation, conducting code reviews, and creating technical documentation.
Ensuring operational and security requirements in delivered solutions.
Providing development support during implementation and stabilization phases.
