Consultant ERP

Barlinek is hiring a Consultant ERP to work with the IFS Cloud system, focusing on business and IT integration. The role involves supporting users and collaborating with ERP consultants and external vendors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of IFS Cloud / IFS Applications especially in sales, distribution, warehousing, or transport areas
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Understanding of system integration concepts and EDI
• Understanding of sales, logistics, and warehousing processes
• English language skills sufficient for working with documentation and communication with foreign partners
• Ability to independently diagnose issues and persist beyond initial error reports
• Communication skills to interact effectively with both business users and technical personnel

• Support users of IFS Cloud and help resolve daily issues
• Analyze error reports to identify root causes before problems escalate
• Investigate and diagnose problems using SQL data analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, ERP consultants, and external suppliers
• Support integration between IFS Cloud and other systems
• Manage topics related to EDI and data exchange
• Test new functionalities, changes, and system updates
• Participate in development and implementation projects
• Create instructions and share knowledge with users
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
