Wymagania
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for a data platform or data infrastructure, including feature-level backlog ownership and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data infrastructure, including Lakehouse, medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold), data products, data contracts, and data mesh.
- Technical profile with the ability to discuss conceptual architecture and make judgments on platform feature priorities (no prior developer experience required).
- Strong drive for structure and discipline, including structured PBIs, Definition of Done, backlog hygiene, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and clear understanding of role boundaries.
- Must live in Prague, Czechia, and be able to attend office meetings.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience in organizations with structured workflows that improved delivery speed.
- Experience coordinating dependencies, risks, releases, and handovers in an Agile/DevOps environment.
- Experience building platform service documentation standards and supporting adoption.
- Familiarity with observability, FinOps, or data integrations.
- AI experience (advantage but not expected).
Obowiązki
- Manage the feature-level backlog for a Databricks-based data platform, including collecting requirements, prioritizing infrastructure features such as observability, FinOps, and integrations, and consolidating similar requests into shared patterns.
- Coordinate between product managers and the platform team by acting as the interface towards Stream Leads, Epic Owners, and business product managers, aligning scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, release readiness, changes, and handovers.
- Communicate plans to the engineering team and stakeholders.
- Bring structure and standards to the platform team by ensuring backlog hygiene, readiness of specifications before work starts, structured PBIs, Definition of Done, and platform service documentation standards.
- Support adoption of platform standards by teams using the platform.
