Team Coach / Scrum Master

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or similar role in product development.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and product-based ways of working.
• Experience supporting one or more Product Teams, preferably in complex or cross-functional environments.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, effective with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with Jira and delivery/team metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Good understanding of backlog management, refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery flow.
• Ability to facilitate resolution of impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Data-driven and pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including constructive challenge and alignment building.
• Coaching mindset focused on enabling teams to become self-organizing and effective.
• Experience turning retrospective insights into concrete and measurable improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, and distributed environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Facilitate effective Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily coordination, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring clear purpose and outcomes.
• Coach Product Teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective product ways of working.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining backlog readiness, quality, transparency, and prioritization.
• Use Jira and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate identification, escalation, and resolution of impediments and delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure retrospective actions follow-through.
• Promote transparency around delivery progress, commitments, risks, and dependencies.
• Foster effective collaboration between Product Teams and stakeholders.
• Support teams in improving planning discipline, backlog management, delivery flow, and team effectiveness.
• Use team-level delivery indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help teams build sustainable ways of working and increase autonomy and self-organization.
