Wymagania
- 6+ years experience in Project or Delivery Management in IT, Consulting, or Software Development with focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
- Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle with high IA literacy
- Familiar with leading IA stacks such as RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow technologies (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)
- Expertise in P&L management, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)
- Proven results with delivering complex mid-to-large scale portfolios for international clients
- Experience in pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and business consulting/advisory services
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Fluency in Polish or other European languages
Obowiązki
- Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects on time, on budget, and with quality
- Manage commercial and delivery models including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services
- Take ownership of project financials, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability
- Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders leveraging IA tech stack knowledge
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
- Provide business consultancy to help clients identify automation opportunities and maximize ROI
- Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing as part of IA resources
- Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts
- Maintain communication with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and delivery teams to manage expectations
