Wymagania
- Higher education, preferably in management, economics, or computer science
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or business projects in the banking sector
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects within a program
- Experience in business projects preparing banking documentation under regulatory constraints
- Practical knowledge and application of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or similar
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and drawing conclusions
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience leading distributed international teams
- Comfortable conducting meetings, presentations, and speeches before large groups
- Ability to effectively cooperate with external vendors and partners
- Availability to start cooperation within 2–3 weeks
Obowiązki
- Manage projects and programs in the banking sector from planning to completion
- Coordinate multiple projects within a program and manage dependencies
- Plan schedules, scopes, and key milestones
- Monitor progress, deadlines, risks, issues, and project dependencies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and management
- Lead international and distributed project teams
- Coordinate cooperation with external suppliers and partners
- Prepare reports, project documentation, and management materials
- Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations for large audiences
- Manage risks, escalations, and key program dependencies
- Oversee business projects related to banking documentation under regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and organizational processes
