Data Product Manager / Technical Product Manager

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with Data Products
• At least 3 years in fintech or financial services industry
• Experience managing a team or developing Product Managers (approx. 3 direct reports)
• Strong knowledge of product strategy building, roadmaps, and KPI definition
• Practical experience working with data and making product decisions based on analysis
• Excellent knowledge of SQL with ability to work independently with data
• Familiarity with data platforms and analytic ecosystems, especially Databricks
• AI-first approach and practical use of AI solutions in daily work
• Knowledge of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Agents or similar
• Experience in loop engineering including context management, tool orchestration, evals in CI, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, analytic, and technical teams

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CCD2 and GDPR regulations
• Experience related to PSD2
• Familiarity with DORA requirements
• Understanding of IFRS 9 issues
• Experience in highly regulated environments

• Defining and executing strategy for data products
• Managing product roadmap and initiative prioritization
• Developing and supporting the team of Product Managers
• Conducting discovery and validating user and stakeholder needs
• Collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Software Engineering teams
• Monitoring business and product metrics and making data-based decisions
• Implementing and promoting AI usage in product processes
• Ensuring product compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Presenting recommendations, results, and strategies to stakeholders and management
