Lead AI Data Software Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Extensive experience with Apache Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with AI development tools e.g. Claude Code, Github Copilot, Cursor
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)

• Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies
• Develop and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using top data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate features
• Build partnerships with architects, technical leads, and other functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality solutions
• Participate actively in code reviews and testing to meet best practice specifications
• Mentor team members and provide tools and motivation to foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write project documentation
